Thank you SO much for the fabulous wedding reception!  From the minute we walked in, everything was perfect.  The attentiveness of Rae and the rest of the staff was amazing.  Our tables were cleared so quickly and the staff was very friendly. 
Please pass my thanks and appreciation to the Chef and the rest of the kitchen staff.  The food was unbelievable!  I could not believe the quality of the food and the amount that was there!  Every single guest commented on how good the food was.   The salads, the main dishes, the desserts, the mint tea punch.....every single item was high quality and delicious.  I was very impressed....I could keep going on :)
The ambiance of the room with the art on the walls was perfect. It made the room look very classy
The customer service I received from the start was fabulous.  Thank you, Anthony, for entertaining my many questions :)
I was so pleased with Ambrosia and I would not hesitate to use you for any future event.  Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference.

Comments ranged from “the best food we have ever had at our Christmas party” to specifics like “that salmon was amazing”, loved the variety…etc. The feedback was great about the venue too. I think that most of our staff felt that Ambrosia was a good fit for our group.

"The evening at Sea Cider was flawless and I would like to thank you and your staff for making it a wonderful evening.  The Beef Tartar was just right and we received many favorable comments.  The crème brule was well presented in the spoons - they were delicious and I had to hide myself as I was trying to get the last little bit from the soup spoons.  Many of the guests dipped their spoons in their coffee just to get that last little bite in!  The portions were more than ample.  Your staff really performed very well.  Once again, please pass on my thanks to them."
